    I couldn’t ask for a more excellent first week.  The folks at Ascentium have been more than willing to help me understand the inner workings of an agency and share their insight about the industry at large.  I’ve been brought into a number of meetings over the past 5 days and I feel like my opinion is respected and listened to - I’ve even been put to work on some really interesting campaigns.  They’ve got an excellent group of passionate, creative people here (good taste in wine, too) and it’s been a pleasure working with them.
